For registration, parents need to be have the following information:

Birth Certificate
Main Proof of Residency (i.e. Lease, Mortgage document or tax bill)
3 additional forms of proof of residency (Pick 3)
- Gas, Electric, Water or Garbage or Cell Phone bill,
- Voter Registration Card
- Bank Statement
- Insurance Statement or Information
