Entrusted with the district’s budget and financial planning, the Finance Department supports the district in the following ways:
- Oversees facilities, operations, and capital planning
- Manages food service programs for compliance and efficiency
- Directs financial operations: payroll, purchasing, A/P, and investments
- Advises superintendent and board on financial strategy and planning
- Ensures compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements
