The 8th-grade students visited ARS today to share some science and STEM experiments with the 4th-grade students. The 8th graders enjoyed sharing their knowledge and the 4th graders enjoyed learning more about middle school activities and science!

Yearbook orders for 5th – 7th graders are being taken for the 2022-23 middle school yearbook. The order form was sent out to parents via an email blast. 8th graders will automatically receive a yearbook. Orders are due by May 1st. Please note: This order is for the MS yearbook only - it is NOT for the PTO sponsored yearbook at ARS.

Monday, May 1st will be the last day to be able to order the 2022-23 Middle School yearbook. Yearbooks are $17 each and can be ordered online with the link that was sent in an email blast or with the paper copy of the order form which can be picked up from the middle school office. All 8th graders will automatically receive a yearbook, no order form is needed. Please note the middle school yearbook is not part of the ARS PTO sponsored book.

8th graders – Every year the Recreation Council gives out two $250 cash awards at graduation. The requirements to apply for this award and application packets can be picked up from the office. Completed application and forms are due back by Friday, May 12th. Also, new this year – the Lions Club of Fox River Grove is granting two $250 Community Service Awards to two of our 8th graders. These awards will be presented at graduation. Applications for this community service award can be picked up from the office. Completed applications and forms are due back by Tuesday, May 16th.

The FRG track team did awesome at the Barrington Derby this weekend. Including taking home some medals, we also broke 3 school records. Can't wait to see what else this team can do!

Mark your calendars: April 21 – April 23 is the Fox River Grove Middle School Theatre's production of Mary Poppins Jr. Tickets can be purchased at the door. Adults are $5 / each and Children and Seniors (65+) are $3 / each. Performance times are: Friday, April 21 and Saturday, April 22 at 7 P.M. and Sunday, April 23 at 2 P.M.
